CROWS TOES Her Goose Got Cooked

Following on with my Crows Toes week, this is Her Goose Got Cooked.  As always, this is one coat of glitter.

Admittedly, the China Glaze Lemon Fizz base color is a little different and not my usual go to 'undies' color...but somehow it looked quite nice.    I followed it down onto my toes and it stayed for 3 weeks without budging before I grew bored with it!

Her Goose Got Cooked is part of Crows Toes Christmas collection and can be found at Llarowe and Overall Beauty.

Recent Thrifty Finds

I haven't had a thrifty finds post for awhile. In the last few weeks I haven't had much time to go looking, and when I did go looking...there was nothing to be found!

Instead I cleaned out our wardrobes, toy boxes and kitchen cupboards and donated quite a lot of 'stuff' to several shops instead. I like to spread my 'stuff' around to several stores instead of leaving everything at one place.....I call it sharing the love!

Anything novelty sucks me right in. I collect novelty printed clothing and anything kitsch. So when I saw this Japan Anthromophoric apple tea set.....it HAD to be mine. This was not a thrift/op shop find but a find on Facebook. The price I paid for it is what the average price the teapot is going for on eBay. So I am a very conceited little Apple over this purchase.

Another Japanese painted item, this time a candlestick from the 30's in mint condition for $5.

Squee! Isn't this little pixie divine? He is actually a bell! 50's kitsch was too cute!

Another 60s wicker purse to add to my purse collection. $5

A 50s/60s needlepoint coin purse in mint condition. 20c

A modern apothecary embossed jar for $5. It's tall enough for spaghetti but I'll probably use it for lollies!

A Moorcroft plate for....wait for it.....FREE!! The Sexiest Man found it ina pile of rubbish!

And lastly, this awesome 60's leopard coat for $25. It needs a bit of work, but it looks like it could be worth it.

CROWS TOES WEEK! Jingle Balls

You all know I'm a fan of Crows Toes glitters and her formula. So it's nice when you receive a lovely package in the mail from one of your favourite Indie sellers!  Over the next week or two I will be featuring quite a lot of Crows Toes....so stay tuned for glittery goodness.

Jingle Balls is from Crows Toes Christmas collection.  It is a super fun polish full of different shaped glitter, including stars, in blingy gold, red, blue and several shades of green.  As always with CT, only one coat is needed to get glitter coverage as pictured.

In shaded natural light.  Layered over Australis Hare Today Gone Tomorow.

Jingle Balls is a Limited Edition and a Llarowe exclusive, so hurry up and get it while you can!

Femme Fatale Eventide

Eventide is rather scrummy, yes?  Different shapes and sizes of sparkling Gold with Fuschia thrown in.  I wore it over a generic dark brown in these pics, but a goild foil underneath is my next go-to for when I wear this color.  Above photos taken in natural sunlight.

Photo above taken in full sunlight.  Finished with a coat of Seche QD.

Femme Fatale Winter Hyacinth

Three coats of Femme Fatale's Winter Hyacinth. This Aussie Indie brand made by Sophie is FAB and has some of the best glitter mixes on the market.

It's been 17 years since I married The Sexiest Man On The Planet.

Happy Anniversary to me!

I better have gotten a good present or Sexiest Man is DEAD.
